Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- Wash and scrub the sweet potatoes.
- Cut the sweet potatoes into ½ inch thick matchsticks.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the sweet potatoes in a single layer.
- Rub avocado oil over the sweet potatoes, tossing to coat, and season with salt and chosen seasonings.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes until golden on the bottom.
- Flip the slices and cook for an additional 5-10 minutes until golden all over.
