Ingredients

  • 1-2 pieces Japanese Sweet Potatoes
  • 1-2 tablespoons potato starch
  • 1-2 tablespoons coconut oil or any cooking oil
  • ½ -1 teaspoon seasoning (Cajun seasoning, garlic, nutmeg, cinnamon, pepper)
  • to taste salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F.
  2. Scrub and cut the sweet potatoes into desired shapes, ensuring even thickness.
  3. In a large bowl, mix the sweet potatoes with potato starch until well combined, then shake off excess starch.
  4. Add oil to the potatoes and toss to coat evenly.
  5. Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet, using two sheets if necessary.
  6. Bake for 25-35 minutes, flipping every 15 minutes until browned and crispy.
  7. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
