Ricotta Stuffed Chicken Bake

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and prepare a baking dish with cooking spray.
- Mix the egg, ricotta, ¼ cup mozzarella, basil, and parsley in a bowl.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning, then slice them almost in half.
- Spread the ricotta mixture inside each chicken breast and fold them over.
- Place the stuffed chicken in the baking dish and pour pasta sauce over them.
- Bake for 25 minutes, then add the remaining mozzarella on top and bake for another 10 minutes until cooked through.
