The tofu

firm tofu

Asian sweet chili sauce, ketchup, or other sauce of choice
Instructions
- Mix the marinade ingredients in a bowl and cut the tofu into bite-sized cubes.
- Toss the tofu cubes in the marinade and let sit for at least 15 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and prepare a baking sheet.
- Sprinkle cornstarch over the marinated tofu and toss to coat.
- Arrange the tofu on the baking sheet and bake for 30–35 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve the baked tofu with your choice of dipping sauce.
