Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (204°C).
- Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
- Brush both sides of the chicken thighs with olive oil and sprinkle with Italian seasoning, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place the chicken thighs in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they do not touch.
- Air fry the chicken thighs for 10-12 minutes until the internal temperature reaches at least 170°F (77°C).
- Remove the chicken thighs to a plate, tent with foil, and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
