Ingredients

The chicken

  • 1.5 lb Boneless skinless chicken thighs

The seasoning

  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ¾ tsp Smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp Garlic powder
  • ½ tbsp Sea salt
  • ¼ tsp Black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (204°C).
  2. Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
  3. Brush both sides of the chicken thighs with olive oil and sprinkle with Italian seasoning, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Place the chicken thighs in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they do not touch.
  5. Air fry the chicken thighs for 10-12 minutes until the internal temperature reaches at least 170°F (77°C).
  6. Remove the chicken thighs to a plate, tent with foil, and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
