Ingredients

The chicken

  • 4 large chicken thighs, skin-on

The seasoning

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375F (190C).
  2. Pat the chicken thighs dry and rub them with olive oil.
  3. Sprinkle the seasonings on the chicken and mix well.
  4. Place the chicken thighs in the air fryer basket, skin side up.
  5. Cook for 12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  6. Check that the internal temperature reaches 165F before serving.
  7. Let the chicken sit for five minutes before serving.
