Vegan Apple Pie Bars

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C) and prepare an 8x8 baking dish.
- Mix the apple filling ingredients together and set aside.
- In a bowl, combine all dry ingredients for the bars, then add wet ingredients and mix thoroughly for about two minutes.
- Press half of the crumble mixture into the bottom of the baking dish to form a crust and bake for 10 minutes.
- Remove the crust, top with the apple filling, and add the remaining crumble mixture on top, pressing slightly.
- Bake for 25 minutes until golden and puffy, then cool for 20 minutes before refrigerating for at least an hour.
- Slice into bars and drizzle with salted caramel sauce when serving.
