Perfect Air Fryer Salmon
Ingredients
The salmon

salmon (about 6 ounces each, 1 1/2 inches thick)
The seasoning

extra-virgin olive oil

lemon juice

garlic (minced)

fine sea salt

black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400ºF if required.
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, and minced garlic.
- Spoon the mixture over the salmon fillets and rub it on the sides.
- Generously season the salmon with salt and pepper.
- Spray the air fryer basket with oil to prevent sticking if desired.
- Arrange the salmon fillets in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
- Cook at 400ºF for 7 minutes.
- Check the internal temperature; it should reach at least 140ºF.
- If not done, return to the air fryer for an additional 1 to 2 minutes.
- Let the salmon rest briefly before serving.
