Instructions
- Melt the butter in a small mixing bowl using the microwave.
- Add garlic powder, salt, Italian herbs, dried oregano, and lemon zest to the melted butter and mix well.
- Brush the marinade over the salmon fillets, including the skin.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F for 5 minutes.
- Place the marinated salmon fillets in the air fryer, skin side down, and cook at 400°F for 10 minutes.
- Remove the salmon from the air fryer and serve immediately.
