Simple Berry Compote

Instructions
- 1. Place the fruit and orange juice in a small saucepan and heat over medium.
- 2. Once bubbling, reduce heat slightly and mash the fruit with a wooden spoon.
- 3. Continue cooking on medium-low for 10-12 minutes, occasionally mashing the fruit.
- 4. Turn off the heat and add optional add-ins (cinnamon, ginger, sugar, chia seeds).
- 5. Remove from heat and transfer to a clean jar or container to cool.
- 6. Store in the fridge for up to 1 week or freeze in ice cube molds for up to 1 month.
