Instructions
- Mix olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl until combined.
- Add scallops to the marinade and toss to coat.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (approximately 375°-450° Fahrenheit).
- Remove scallops from the marinade and slide 4 to 5 scallops onto each skewer.
- Place skewered scallops on the preheated grill over indirect heat.
- Cook for 2 to 3 minutes, then flip and cook another 2 to 3 minutes until opaque.
- Remove from grill and serve immediately.
