Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (375-400 degrees) and ensure the grill grates are clean and oiled.
- Drizzle the scallops with olive oil and lemon juice, then sprinkle the spices and rub them into the scallops.
- Marinate the scallops in the fridge for at least 30 minutes (optional).
- Load the scallops onto skewers or place them in a cast iron skillet for grilling.
- Place the scallops on the preheated grill, leaving space between each for even cooking.
- Cook the scallops for about 2-3 minutes per side, flipping gently with tongs.
- Ensure the scallops are opaque and lightly browned before removing them from the grill.
