Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- Trim and rinse the asparagus, then set in a strainer to drain excess water.
- Pat dry the asparagus with paper towels and place them on a cookie sheet.
- In a small bowl, mix the salt, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Drizzle olive oil over the asparagus and roll to coat.
- Sprinkle the seasoning over the asparagus and roll again to coat.
- Place the asparagus on a wire rack over a baking sheet or directly on a parchment-lined sheet.
- Bake in the upper third of the oven for 12-15 minutes, depending on desired tenderness.
- Remove from the oven and serve.
