Ingredients

  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 25 oz frozen rectangle cheese ravioli
  • 1 ½ cups reduced fat shredded mozzarella cheese
  • to taste oregano

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Spread ½ cup of marinara sauce evenly in the bottom of an 11x7 glass baking dish.
  3. Layer 1/3 of the frozen ravioli in a single layer over the sauce.
  4. Add another ½ cup of marinara sauce on top of the ravioli.
  5. Sprinkle ½ cup of mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
  6. Repeat the layering process two more times, starting with ravioli each time.
  7. Sprinkle oregano on top of the final layer.
  8. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 40 minutes.
  9. Remove the foil and bake uncovered for an additional 10 minutes.
  10. Let the dish stand for 10 minutes before slicing into 6 equal pieces.
