Ingredients

The slaw

  • 2 Granny Smith apples (cut into thin slices)
  • 2 green onions (white and green parts)

The dressing

  • ΒΌ cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine cucumber, apple, and green onion in a large bowl.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together sour cream, vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the dressing over the apple mixture and toss until well combined.
  4. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to two days.
