Thick & Chunky Tomato Sauce

The noodles

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a medium pot and sauté diced onion and minced garlic until translucent.
- Add diced tomatoes and bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer uncovered until thickened.
- Blend sun-dried tomatoes with a ladle of the sauce until smooth, then stir back into the pot.
- Add minced basil, oregano, salt, pepper, and optional red pepper flakes, cooking until desired thickness is reached.
- Serve the sauce over your choice of noodles.
