Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Cream the softened butter in a stand mixer.
- Add the maple syrup and salt to the butter and mix well.
- Incorporate the egg and vanilla extract into the mixture.
- Sift the cocoa powder and gluten-free flour together in a separate bowl.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and mix until combined.
- Transfer the dough to a cookie press.
- Press the dough onto ungreased cookie sheets, adjusting as necessary.
- Bake for 8 to 10 minutes until the cookies are set.
- Cool on a wire rack and store in an airtight container.
