Orange Chocolate Spritz Cookies

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a baking sheet with a Silpat mat.
- Combine the sugar and orange zest in a bowl, rubbing together until fragrant.
- Beat the butter and sugar mixture until fluffy, then add the egg and vanilla, mixing until incorporated.
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour and salt, then gradually add to the wet mixture until combined.
- Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and chill for 30 minutes.
- Use a cookie press to shape the cookies on the baking sheet, spacing them about 1 inch apart.
- Bake for about 8 minutes until the edges are barely brown, then cool on a wire rack.
- Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave, then drizzle over the cooled cookies and let set.
