Caribbean Hot Sauce

Instructions
- Puree the mango, onion, garlic, ginger, peppers, turmeric, mustard, cumin, coriander, and honey in a blender.
- Transfer the mixture to a bowl.
- In a non-reactive saucepan, bring the vinegar, water, and salt to a boil.
- Pour the boiling mixture over the mango mixture and mix well.
- Allow the sauce to cool before bottling.
- Store the sauce in the refrigerator for up to 6 weeks.
