Instructions
- Preheat the oven and prepare a baking dish.
- Mix the ingredients for the crust and press into the bottom of the dish.
- Bake the crust until lightly golden.
- In a bowl, whisk together the filling ingredients until smooth.
- Pour the filling over the baked crust.
- Return to the oven and bake until the filling is set.
- Allow to cool before cutting into bars.
