Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a 9x13 casserole dish.
- Spread the frozen tater tots in a single layer in the dish.
- In a bowl, mix the ground turkey with seasonings and cook in a skillet until done.
- Spread the cooked turkey over the tater tots.
- Cook the bacon until crisp, crumble it, and sprinkle over the turkey.
- Add shredded cheddar cheese on top of the bacon.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, scallions, and remaining seasonings.
- Pour the egg mixture over the casserole.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes until the eggs are set, then cool for 10 minutes before serving.
