Instructions
- Cook the bacon and set aside to drain and cool.
- Cook the sausage and onion together, then drain the grease and let cool.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Line the bottom of a 9"x13" baking dish with tater tots.
- In a mixing bowl, beat together the eggs and milk.
- Add pepper, garlic powder, and Monterey Jack cheese to the egg mixture and mix well.
- Pour the egg mixture over the tater tots in the baking dish.
- Spread the sausage and onion mixture evenly over the top.
- Sprinkle the bacon and cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake for 35 to 50 minutes, or until the eggs in the center are set.
- Serve with your choice of garnishes.
