Ingredients

  • 1 whole ripe avocado
  • 1 large handful fresh cilantro
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients in a food processor until smooth.
  2. If too thick, add water gradually to reach desired consistency.
  3. Alternatively, mash ingredients in a bowl with a fork or masher if no food processor is available.
  4. Adjust seasoning with more salt if needed.
  5. Enjoy immediately or store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a day.
