The vegetables and seasoning

cooking oil

garlic, minced

ginger, peeled and sliced

green bell pepper, deseeded and cut into pieces

red bell pepper, deseeded and cut into pieces

onion, cut into strips

Instructions
- Marinate the beef with all marinade ingredients for about 15 minutes.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a wok or skillet over high heat and stir-fry the beef until browned on the outside but still pink inside, then set aside.
- In the same wok, heat the remaining oil and stir-fry the garlic and ginger until aromatic.
- Add the green bell pepper, red bell pepper, onion, and black pepper, and stir-fry until fragrant.
- Return the beef to the wok and stir-fry until cooked through, about 1-2 minutes.
- Serve immediately with steamed rice.
