Instructions
- Marinate the sliced steak with soy sauce, dry sherry, beef broth, sesame oil, sugar, black pepper, and cornstarch for 10 minutes or up to 24 hours.
- Heat oil in a wok or non-stick pan over medium heat and sear the marinated beef on all sides, then remove from the pan.
- In the same pan, add more oil and sauté the sliced bell peppers and onion for 3-4 minutes, then add them to the bowl with the beef.
- Return the wok to heat until smoking, then add the beef, vegetables, minced garlic, and ginger. Stir-fry for several minutes and add the reserved marinade, cooking for an additional 1-2 minutes.
- Remove from heat and serve immediately.
