Easy Low-Carb Mashed Cauliflower

Instructions
- Steam the cauliflower pieces until very tender.
- Puree the cauliflower in a food processor, adding in olive oil and salt.
- Reheat the mixture in a casserole dish in the oven at 350°F for 20 minutes.
