Instructions
- Cut the cauliflower into smaller pieces, avoiding cutting the stems.

- Add salt to taste and cover the pot, simmering for 6-8 minutes until tender.
- Remove the cauliflower, drain, and dry it completely.
- Transfer the cauliflower to a food processor or high-powered blender.
- Add garlic, cream cheese, heavy whipping cream, butter, parmesan, and pepper.
- Blend until creamy, stirring as needed to ensure thorough mixing.
- Serve the cauliflower mash topped with chives.
