Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 2-3 cloves roasted garlic

  • ΒΌ cup shredded parmesan cheese

  • 1 tsp chives

Instructions

  1. Cut the cauliflower into smaller pieces, avoiding cutting the stems.
  2. Add the cauliflower to a pot of boiling water, covering it with enough water.
  3. Add salt to taste and cover the pot, simmering for 6-8 minutes until tender.
  4. Remove the cauliflower, drain, and dry it completely.
  5. Transfer the cauliflower to a food processor or high-powered blender.
  6. Add garlic, cream cheese, heavy whipping cream, butter, parmesan, and pepper.
  7. Blend until creamy, stirring as needed to ensure thorough mixing.
  8. Serve the cauliflower mash topped with chives.
