Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, add the egg whites and set aside.
- In a medium bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, basil, parsley, and oregano; stir gently.
- Set up a station with chicken tenders, egg whites, panko mixture, and baking sheet.
- Coat chicken tenders in egg whites, then press into the panko mixture until fully coated, and place on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 10 minutes, flip the chicken bites, and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until cooked through.
- In a saucepan, heat grape seed oil and sauté onions and garlic until translucent.
- Add crushed tomatoes and bring to a simmer, then stir in fresh basil and cook for 2 more minutes.
- Serve the chicken parmesan bites with marinara sauce.
