Secret Sauce

Instructions
- Mix ground beef, garlic powder, butter, salt, smoked paprika, and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl.
- Divide the mixture into 16 meatballs and flatten them into 8 patties with an indentation for cheese.
- Fold each slice of American cheese into small squares and place in the center of each patty.
- Cover with the remaining 8 patties and seal the edges to form burgers.
- Combine secret sauce ingredients and refrigerate until needed.
- Preheat grill to medium heat (about 350°F) or prepare a cast iron skillet.
- Cook the patties until browned on one side, flip, and add another slice of cheese.
- Remove from heat, tent with foil, and serve on toasted buns with toppings and secret sauce.
