Ingredients

The burgers

  • 16 oz ground beef (80/20)
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • ½ tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • dash Worcestershire Sauce
  • ¼ tsp smoked paprika
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder

The secret sauce

  • ½ cup mayo
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tbsp pickle relish
  • dash onion powder
  • dash smoked paprika

Toppings

  • 1 slice Muenster cheese
  • to taste arugula
  • to taste tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Bacon Jam ahead of time.
  2. Combine all burger ingredients and form into 4 patties.
  3. Heat the grill to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  4. Grill the patties to your desired doneness, adding cheese after flipping.
  5. Mix all secret sauce ingredients together.
  6. Slather buns with secret sauce, add burgers, then top with Bacon Jam.
  7. Add tomato and arugula, then place the top bun.
