Instructions
- Prepare the Bacon Jam ahead of time.
- Combine all burger ingredients and form into 4 patties.
- Heat the grill to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Grill the patties to your desired doneness, adding cheese after flipping.
- Mix all secret sauce ingredients together.
- Slather buns with secret sauce, add burgers, then top with Bacon Jam.
- Add tomato and arugula, then place the top bun.
