Instructions
- Prepare or have pimento cheese ready.
- Preheat the grill to 350°F for direct heat.
- Core and seed the jalapenos, then chop them into ¼ inch slices and sauté in olive oil.
- Microwave the bacon strips until crispy, about 3 minutes.
- Form the ground beef into 4 patties, making an indentation in the center of each.
- Grill the burgers until they reach an internal temperature of 140°F for medium doneness.
- Let the burgers rest for 5-10 minutes.
- Toast the buns on the grill while the burgers rest.
- Assemble the burgers with pimento cheese, bacon, and jalapenos.
