Apple Cinnamon Multigrain Oatmeal

Instructions
- Bring salted water to a boil in a large pot.
- While the water heats, peel, core, and dice the apples.
- Once boiling, add oats, kasha, flax seeds, oat groats, sunflower seeds, and apples to the pot and stir.
- Reduce heat to a slow simmer and cover the pot.
- Simmer for 30-35 minutes, stirring occasionally until grains are tender and liquid is mostly evaporated.
- Stir in raisins, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon, then cover and let sit for 5 minutes.
- Serve hot with desired toppings and store leftovers in the fridge.
