Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 375℉ and line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.

- 3. Bake for 20-22 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
- 4. Serve with your choice of lettuce wraps, sweet potato, cauliflower rice, or corn tortillas.
