One-Pan Baked Chicken Fajitas

Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- 2. Coat the sliced veggies and onion with olive oil.
- 3. Place the veggies on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 8 minutes.
- 4. In a bowl, mix the chicken with the spices until fully coated.
- 5. Add the chicken to the sheet pan on top of the veggies.
- 6. Bake for an additional 15 minutes.
- 7. Mix everything together and serve.
