Ingredients

The main ingredients

  • lbs boneless chicken breasts, sliced into strips
  • 1 each red pepper, sliced into strips
  • 1 each green pepper, sliced into strips
  • 1 each orange pepper, sliced into strips
  • 1 each yellow pepper, sliced into strips
  • 1 each red onion, sliced

The spices

  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp cumin
  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper

Other

  • to taste none olive oil

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. 2. Coat the sliced veggies and onion with olive oil.
  3. 3. Place the veggies on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 8 minutes.
  4. 4. In a bowl, mix the chicken with the spices until fully coated.
  5. 5. Add the chicken to the sheet pan on top of the veggies.
  6. 6. Bake for an additional 15 minutes.
  7. 7. Mix everything together and serve.
