The sauce
Instructions
- Pat the ribs dry and sprinkle the spices onto both sides.
- For slow cooking, drizzle BBQ sauce in the slow cooker and cook on low for 8-10 hours or high for 4-5 hours.
- Use a meat thermometer to ensure the ribs reach a minimum internal temperature of 145°F.
- For crispy ribs, broil them in the oven for 3-4 minutes after cooking.
- For air frying, cook the seasoned ribs at 380°F for 20-30 minutes.
- For oven baking, preheat to 325°F, cover with foil, and bake for 2 hours.
- Drizzle BBQ sauce over the ribs before serving.
