Banana Bread Oatmeal

Instructions
- Bring water and salt to a boil in a large pot.
- Add rolled oats, barley, millet, and flax seeds to the boiling water and stir.
- Reduce heat to a slow simmer and cover the pot.
- Simmer for 30-35 minutes, stirring occasionally until grains are tender.
- Stir in mashed bananas, chopped dates, walnuts, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon.
- Remove from heat and let sit covered for 5 minutes.
- Serve hot with desired toppings.
