Homemade Buttermilk Biscuits

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (218°C).
- In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix well.
- Add cubed cold butter and mix until coarse crumbs form.
- Create a well in the center and pour in buttermilk and honey. Fold until combined without overworking the dough.
- Transfer the dough to a floured surface and gently bring it together, then flatten into a rectangle.
- Fold the dough several times to create layers, then flatten again to about ¾ inch thick.
- Cut out biscuits using a biscuit cutter and arrange them close together on a baking sheet.
- Brush the tops with remaining buttermilk and bake for 18-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Optionally, brush with honey butter topping before serving.
