Ingredients

The smoothie base

  • ½ cup plain or vanilla dairy free yogurt or Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup frozen grapes (stems removed)
  • 14 ounces almond or coconut milk
  • ½ cup ice or small frozen banana
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract

Optional ingredients

  • ½ tablespoon maple syrup or honey
  • cup gluten free oats
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 scoop protein powder of choice

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend on high speed until thick and creamy.
  3. Serve immediately.
