Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180C/350F and prepare a loaf pan.
- Blend all ingredients except chocolate chips in a high-speed blender until smooth.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes until a skewer comes out mostly clean.
- Allow the bread to cool completely before slicing.
