No-Bake Tahini Peanut Butter Bars

Instructions
- Line an 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper, greasing the inside first.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, tahini, coconut oil, maple syrup, coconut flour, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into the baking dish and press it down evenly.
- Place the dish in the fridge.
- Melt the chocolate chips and remaining peanut butter in the microwave in 30-second intervals until fully melted.
- Remove the dish from the fridge and drizzle the melted chocolate over the top.
- Return the dish to the fridge for at least two hours.
- Cut into bars and store in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
