No-Bake Cookie Bars

Instructions
- Pulse the dates in a food processor until they are in small pieces.
- Add the oats, chocolate chips, and peanut butter, and pulse until combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a 9x9 or larger pan and press down until flat.
- Freeze for 15 minutes to set.
- Remove from the freezer and cut into 8 bars.
