Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond meal
  • 2 tbsp cacao nibs or sugar-free chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp granulated stevia
  • ¼ tsp pink salt
  • tsp baking soda
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil (melted)
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 2-3 tsp almond milk, as needed

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 165°C (fan forced).
  2. In a bowl, stir together all the dry ingredients well.
  3. Add wet ingredients and stir again to form a dough.
  4. Shape into cookies and place on a baking tray.
  5. Cook for 10-12 minutes.
  6. Remove and allow to cool for 10 minutes before handling.
