Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Cream the butter and sweetener in a mixing bowl for about 2 minutes.
- Add the egg, vanilla, and lemon juice, then blend until light and fluffy.
- Incorporate half of the almond flour and mix.
- Add the remaining almond flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking soda, then mix again.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Line a baking sheet with a silicone mat.
- Roll the dough into balls and flatten slightly.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes until the edges are set but the centers appear soft.
- Cool on the baking mat for 5 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
