Instructions
- 1. Spray a 9x12-inch pan with cooking spray and set aside.
- 2. Heat a large saucepan on low heat.
- 3. Melt the light butter spread, ensuring to coat the bottom of the pot to prevent sticking.
- 4. Add the mini marshmallows and melt them on low flame, stirring until completely melted.
- 5. Remove from heat and add the Rice Krispies to the melted marshmallows, stirring until fully combined.
- 6. Press the mixture into the buttered pan using wax paper and cut into 16 pieces.
