  • ½ cup low carb powdered sugar (or Swerve Confectioners)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla (or your favorite flavoring)

Instructions

  1. Whip the cold cream cheese until loosened.
  2. Add the powdered sweetener and vanilla, whipping until smooth.
  3. Gradually add the heavy cream, ¼ cup at a time, and whip until light and fluffy.
  4. Spoon the frosting into a piping bag or a ziplock bag fitted with a tip.
