Instructions
- Whip the cold cream cheese until loosened.
- Add the powdered sweetener and vanilla, whipping until smooth.
- Gradually add the heavy cream, ¼ cup at a time, and whip until light and fluffy.
- Spoon the frosting into a piping bag or a ziplock bag fitted with a tip.
- Use the frosting to decorate cupcakes or cakes.
