Grilled Avocado Caprese Chicken Sandwich

tomato, cut into 4 large slices

fresh mozzarella, cut into 4 slices

Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Grill the chicken for 5-6 minutes on each side until cooked through, adding a slice of mozzarella on top during the last minute to melt.
- Remove the chicken from the grill and let it sit.
- Toast the inside of the ciabatta rolls on the grill for 1-2 minutes until slightly charred.
- Assemble the sandwich by spreading 1 ½ tablespoons of pesto on the bottom bun, adding the grilled chicken with melted cheese, a slice of tomato, and slices of avocado before topping with the other half of the bun.
