Grilled Caprese Sandwich

thinly sliced mozzarella cheese

tomatoes, thinly sliced

tablespoon
fresh basil leaves

of an
avocado, thinly sliced

tablespoon
butter
Instructions
- Melt the butter in a large pan over medium heat.
- Place 2 slices of bread in the pan and top with mozzarella and tomatoes.
- Add the other 2 slices of bread on top.
- Cook for 3-5 minutes on each side until the cheese melts, adjusting heat as needed.
- Remove the top slices of bread, layer basil and avocado on top of the tomatoes, then replace the bread slices.
- Serve immediately.
