Instructions
- For Method 1, pour milk into a measuring glass or jug and stir in lemon juice or vinegar. Let it sit for about 10 minutes until it thickens slightly.
- For Method 2, add yogurt or sour cream into a bowl and stir in milk until fully combined. The mixture should be the consistency of heavy cream.
- For Method 3, pour milk into a glass jar or bowl and stir in cream of tartar. Let it stand for 5-10 minutes until slightly thickened.
