No-Bake Triple Decker Peanut Butter S'mores Bars

Ingredients

  • 5 whole graham cracker sheets
  • cups semi sweet chocolate chips
  • cups creamy peanut butter
  • ½ cup salted butter
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1¼ - 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 2-3 pieces Hershey's Milk Chocolate Bars
  • 2 cups marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Line an 8x8 inch square brownie pan with parchment paper.
  2. Place graham crackers at the bottom of the pan, breaking them as needed.
  3. Melt 1½ cups of semi-sweet chocolate chips and 2 tablespoons of peanut butter in a saucepan over low heat, stirring until smooth.
  4. Pour the melted chocolate over the graham cracker layer and smooth it out, then refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  5. In a mixing bowl, combine softened butter, 1½ cups of peanut butter, vanilla, and 1 cup of powdered sugar, mixing until smooth.
  6. Spread the peanut butter mixture over the chocolate layer and arrange Hershey's Bar pieces on top.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.
  8. Toast marshmallows on top using a kitchen torch or under a broiler, then slice and serve.
