Ingredients

The base

  • 1 tbsp melted organic coconut oil
  • ½ to 1 tbsp creamy natural peanut butter
  • 8–10 ounces almond or coconut milk
  • 1 scoop or 30-40 grams vegan protein
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp honey, maple syrup, or agave
  • 1 cup frozen berry blend

Optional ingredients

  • to taste ice
  • to taste cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Combine melted coconut oil and peanut butter, then pour into freezer trays and freeze.
  2. Once frozen, blend the frozen mixture with the remaining ingredients, adjusting the milk and adding ice for thickness as desired.
  3. Pour into bowls and top with additional peanut butter, chia seeds, and sweetener if desired.
  4. Enjoy with a spoon!
